Research and development projects for industry represent an important field of activity for Coffee Consulate. We are constantly gaining further and deeper insights into all areas of the coffee market and can therefore guarantee that we can always offer training courses based on the latest scientific findings. We cooperate with numerous national and international universities and scientific institutions in research and teaching and assign and supervise various project, bachelor and master theses.
Our field of activity ranges from topics in green and roasted coffee (coffee maturation, roasting profiles, fermentation, allelopathy, cultivation strategies and cultivars), coffee technology (extraction, grinding, brewing, filtration and roasting), development of glasses and cups with defined sensory characteristics to cold brew (process, hygiene, nitro) always with a clear reference to resulting taste pictures and flavour profiles.
