Introducing our coffees: 7 Arroyos
Discover the story of our coffees - the story of individual single estates, the coffee varieties that grow on them and the terroir factors that exist there.
"7 Arroyos" comes from one of the highest plots of Finca Hamburgo. It is named after the seven streams located there, which create a special microclimate.
Another peculiarity of this plot is the shade trees, which are mostly conifers (conifers). The falling needles and the decomposition products they produce give the coffees of this parcel a unique acidity and fresh citrus aromas.
These coffees are true summer coffees and excellent for cold brew and fruity filter coffees.
