Wonderful learning experience and coffee knowledge course I've ever had:
In this 6 days' training all students had high quality coffee knowledge from Dr.Staffen who has several decades of relevant experience and researches based on science. His amazing and strong experience and fully support from his assistants, Dr. Kenny and Raven,made the 6 days course more enjoyable and effective. It's really helpful and necessary course for people who work in this industry. We learned about coffee knowledge from different perspectives which made us think more about it with flexible mind. What's more, we understood what's the essence and the most important point for it.

One of the best coffee program !
The modules allow the student to learn the coffee supply-chain from the bean to the cup and more. The scientific backgrounds help to understand and prove the different coffee topics/modules. The quality of educational material as well as the strong experience from Dr. Steffen Schwarz and their assistants make this 6 days training very efficient to build stronger coffee skills. I strongly recommend this training for those who wants to improve their overall coffee knowledge.
